AsseTrac was co-founded in 2018 by two Minnesota natives with over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. Not computer science engineers or tech gurus working out of a cubical in California, rather a couple of guys who encountered the same challenges and experienced the same frustrations as most of you do in this industry, knowing where your assets are when you need them.

While appreciating the value of "old school" systems in construction, but realizing they can be restraining at times, we worked to find a way to eliminate the daily burden of filling out paperwork and updating spreadsheets for asset tracking. That’s what drove us to develop this patent pending Internet of Things (IoT) based solution to connect your assets to the cloud for real-time asset tracking.

After working with a talented group of software and device engineers for over a year to put our ideas into reality, we have now installed over 500 devices with tremendous success. As you know, accurately tracking your equipment, tools or materials can save companies thousands if not millions of dollars over time.
